Issue/Introduction

• When logging into VIO UI: Invalid login.
• Error Message in keystone logs or running  osctl logs keystone-api-<UUID>| grep -i <username>:
  WARNING keystone.server.flask.application [req-<UUID> <UUID> <UUID> - <UUID>] Could not find user: <USERNAME>.: keystone.exception.UserNotFound: Could not find user: <USERNAME>.

Cause

SID is NULL in AD causing user to not be found from ldap query in VIO.

Resolution

• Connect with Active Directory/LDAP team to confirm the SID is not NULL.
  Or
• Re-Add Domain in AD.
