Issue/Introduction

VLSR appliance is down after a certificate change on vCenter. The reconfigure process is failing with  a thumbprint mismatch error and srm-server service is not starting on the appliance.

Environment

VLSR (All versions)

Cause

A  communication issue between VSLR appliance and vCenter server.

Resolution

Restart all linked vCenters and SRM appliances. This will rebuild all the connections. After this you should be able to complete reconfigure in the VLSR management interface and a reconnect of the sites inside of the SRM interface.
