This message can be displayed despite the upgrade being successful.
To confirm, click OK to the error, then launch the VIP Access Desktop app. From the menu, click About VIP Access to verify the upgrade was successful.
This error is specific to version 2.2.5 and does not occur when upgrading from subsequent versions.
