SRM site pairing failed because "short hostname" was configured on the SRM appliance instead of the "Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN)".
Update the SRM appliance’s network settings with correct FQDN instead short host name.
Log in to the VAMI of the SRM via https://<SRM-IP>:5480
Navigate to Summary and verify the Hostname and vCenter Server details.
If incorrect, click Edit and update it with the correct FQDN.
4. Reconfigure the appliance.
5.Once reconfiguration is complete, the connection to the SRM server will be established.
