Issue/Introduction

When you reset a lab, all virtual machines (VMs) will be restored to their original state. Any progress or work you have completed will be permanently lost. You will need to repeat all lab tasks from the beginning. Perform a reset only if you are experiencing unrecoverable issues. 

Resolution

To reset a Lab:

1. From the On-demand Lab ChatBot, prompt for Lab Reset.
2. You will receive a warning message. Confirm by selecting: "Yes, continue resetting my lab."
3. The Lab will reset, and a new instance will be redeployed.

The reset process and redeployment of a new lab instance typically takes 15–30 minutes before it is fully accessible.
