Client would like to know the how to track the product license details. 

Environment

Release: CA Harvest SCM 12.X . 

Resolution

These are the ways to find the contract details: 
1: You may review hbroker.log file, As it should have a contract details. 
Location: %CA_SCM_HOME%\log
Ex:
License type: Concurrent
License expiry: 31-Dec-2025
Users allowed: 50

2: You may review it from supportsite: 
Go to https://support.broadcom.com → My Entitlements
Search for Harvest Software Change Manager
You can view the license file, expiry, and entitlements.

3: Launch Harvest Administrator.
Connect to the Broker.
Go to Help → About CA Harvest or Help → License.
