Issue/Introduction

The current method for ensuring a correct configuration of the DX Java Agent when used with GraalVM native-image compilation is an onerous and iterative task.  A pre-configured GraalVM agent would accelerate our deployment of GraalVM, providing continuity of observability, help us achieve our infrastructure memory reduction goals,  and ensure the longevity of the DX agents.

Environment (If Applicable): Versions of OS, Application, Java, SAAS/On-Prem: GraalVM native-image deployments within Kubernetes containers
