After upgrading to DX UIM 23.4 CU4 cannot acknowledge alarms reliably

Issue/Introduction

We just upgraded our UIM Prod environment to v23.4 CU4 and are having issues acknowledging alarms reliably.  We've noticed this with single alarms and multiples.  There also seems to be a problem with the OC refresh, as when you acknowledge them, no refresh seems to occur most of the time.

 

Environment

• DX UIM 23.4 CU4
• Browser Dev Tools enabled showed no alarm IDs selected nor processed randomly by the alarmviewer api.

Resolution

• Upgraded to CU5.
