Issue/Introduction

Unable to view the alarms under notifications:

Environment

All supported releases of Watch4net|M&R

Cause

You have configured Smarts report solution pack with FQDN and accessing M&R FE using IP address in the URL OR vice-versa.

Resolution

It is suggested to use the same FE hostname or IP address in the FE URL as configured in the Smarts report solution pack.
