Unable to download user report with all users from VIP Manager

Issue/Introduction

Administrator is not able to download the complete user report from the VIP Manager portal. The CSV export is limited to 1000 user records.

Resolution

This has been identified as a product bug. The fix has been deployed to production, and administrators can now download the complete user report without any record limitation.
