Newly upgraded Automic system is only allowing login to Client 0. Other clients receive logon failed access denied. Logs show the following error:
U00003201 Logon error: System not fully available. Contact your administrator.
U00011800 Disconnect User: Cannot find user '*CP008#00000007' in the table AKT-USER.
U00003236 WP: 6 DWP: 17 NSP: 0 CP: 6 JWP: 4 JCP: 2 REST: 2
According to the 24 log files with activated tracing the JWP was running only with the role AUT:
20250824/083450.837 - 52 U00045395 Assigned roles: [AUT]
That means that the login was rejected for the users in non zero clients because there were no active JWPs with the other roles - UTL, PER
Start the processes without a fix role, or start all defined JWPs, so that at least one per role is running.
