CA APM Infrastructure agent consuming 100% CPU

Issue/Introduction

In some environments, the CA APM Infrastructure agent consuming 100% CPU or stay very close to 100% for long time.

The APMIA CA APM Infrastructure agent has SQL server extension enabled.

This issue is being observed only in few environments and not all where  SQL server extension is enabled.

Cause

It has been identified that some SQL server environments there is very high amount of data. 
The APMIA SQL server extension is running some queries to get data.
The queries are never ending due to the size of the system tables (msdb backup and restore tables).
