Custom port monitoring with net_connect

Issue/Introduction

Need to add and monitor a custom service port in net_connect

Environment

• net_connect probe

Resolution

To do this you would:

1. Select Probe Setup (icon in the top left corner)  
2. Select New, and add your new service/port

3. Select the profile that you want to update
4. Right-click in the right-hand pane and select 'New->Service'

5. Pick your new service and OK
6. Apply the changes to the probe
