Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• A similar error is generated in the UI "Update cannot be performed on <Deployment name> since the state of the deployment/resource has changed."
• The Template is not listed in the Summary section of the Deployment.
• We can see a similar error in  /services-logs/prelude/catalog-service-app/file-logs/catalog-service-app.log

Environment

VMware Aia Automation 8.x

Cause

This can occur when the original Template was deleted and recreated with the same name, but the ID changed.
