Can not access VLCM from vCenter "cannot find provider com.vmware.esx.settings.clusters.software" and VAPI Endpoint service status showing Healthy with warnings

Issue/Introduction

*VAMI page shows VAPI endpoint as 'Healthy with Warning'.

 

 

*Cluster shows message with regards to LCM- "cannot find provider com.vmware.esx.settings.clusters.software"  and  "cannot find provider com.vmware.esx.settings.clusters.software.recommendations"

 

*LCM shows blank page-

Environment

Cause

Communication between the vAPI Gateway and the Lifecycle Manager (esx-lcm) service was failing.

Resolution

Restart the services/reboot the vcenter.
