[VMC] VM Storage Policy Compliance is in "Unknown" state

Issue/Introduction
VMs hosted on vSAN datastore in VMC on AWS have their VM Storage Policy Compliance in "Unknown" state.
Environment
VMware Cloud on AWS
Cause
Known issue/bug with vCenter of version 8.0.1 (SDDC version: 1.22)
Resolution
- For temporary resolution, raise a case with VMC on AWS team to restart SPS service in vCenter.
- For permanent resolution, work with Broadcom account team to schedule an upgrade of the SDDC to version 1.24 which will have vCenter of version 8.0.2 with the fix.
