Next Period button grayed after changing View

Issue/Introduction

Within the Cost Plan of a Project, the "Next Period" button may be grayed out after changing between Views.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE - 
1. Within a Cost Plan create two separate Views, for example create one for Monthly Periods, and one for Yearly Periods.
2. Select the "yearly" View that was created, ensure it loads and refresh the browser to ensure the session data is clean.
3. The View should look fine, and you should be able to click the "Next Period" button to continue viewing other periods.
4. Change the view to the "monthly" View that was created, note that the "Next Period" button is grayed out.
5. Refresh the browser, and the button will now be accessible.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

After changing Views, the Next Period button should be available.

ACTUAL RESULTS:

It is grayed out, and you cannot move to another period.

WORKAROUND:

Refreshing the browser allows it to work again
