Reconciler Error when Upgrading Antrea from V1 to V2

Issue/Introduction

When upgrading Antrea from V1 to V2, receiving reconciler error on the operator logs. 

Receiving connection reset by peer in the Antrea Controller logs

Environment

VMware Container Networking with Antrea 1.9.0

Cause

Several CRD API Alpha versions were removed as part of the major version bump to Antrea v2

Because 1.9 includes Antrea 1.15 and 1.11 includes Antrea 2.3, a manual step is required for API upgrade

Resolution

In order to continue with the upgrade, please run this command to change the API commands. 

antctl upgrade api-storage

Once this is complete, you can restart the upgrade process and it will continue as normal.
