Lab sound settings are not working or the sound is not audible

Issue/Introduction

When accessing or using a Lab, there is no sound audible, or it appears not to work correctly. 

Resolution

The virtual machines used in the lab environment do not have sound hardware. Some videos referenced in the lab manual may have sound, but most do not.
