Lab browser general Internet access is not working or loading pages correctly

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to visit an external site from a browser in the Lab environment, the page does not load correctly. 

Cause

General Internet access is prohibited in the lab environment due to security policies. 

Resolution

Due to the restriction, use a local browser that has internet access and is not within the Lab.
