Lab console not Loading

Issue/Introduction

The Lab Console displays the message, 'Loading Console...' when loading labs for more than 2 minutes. 

Resolution

If the issue persists, follow these steps:

1. End the Lab
2. Reenroll in a new lab

It may take several attempts for the Lab to load correctly.
