Downloading new software for SpanVA failing

Issue/Introduction

After changing SpanVA configuration to auto upgrade below error was found in monitoring logs: 

log_helper_php - INFO - Configuration change to Upgrade Tab made (Auto update turned on.) by admin from #.#.#.#.
agent_upgrade - ERROR - Couldnt download/upgrade the agent, invalid pacakage or package download failed.

Environment

CASB Audit 

SpanVA Version - 1.15.3.166.0-202501132339rc

Resolution

Verify whether certificates under SpanVA > Certificates > Root CA tab & Server tab are valid.

Workaround:

If you don't have certificates or they are invalid as a workaround remove "s" from url https://#.#.#.#.:8080 under HTTPS Proxy configuration [SpanVA > Network > HTTPS Proxy] to look like http://#.#.#.#:8080.  Wait for 5 minutes or until new version of SpanVA will be seen on SpanVA > Upgrade section.
