Cloud Proxy servers disable NLTM V2

Issue/Introduction

Our security team needs to disable the NLTM V2 protocol on the Windows servers where we have DX APM Cloud Proxy installed.
We want to know if this disabling might affect Cloud Proxy functionality.

Resolution

Cloud Proxy doesn't use NLTM so it should not affect it.
