Identity Manager was migrated to a new set of servers. Since that time the email's are not reaching end users as expected.

Please feel free to open a support case if you encounter email issues and we will help identify if the problem is within the Broadcom Software or external. In the environment where we saw this issue the Identity Manager interface and logs seemed to indicate everything related to emails was working as expected, but the users never received and email.
This was resolved by making environmental changes.
The first needed was to whitelist the new servers at the Mail server to allow Identity Manager to communicate with those mail servers.
The second adjustment was to add a mail relay server into /etc/mail/submit.cf
D{MTAHost}[mailserver.domain.com]
Specific setting requirements for the submit.cf will need to be discussed with the Mail and potentially the Network administration team.
