Issue/Introduction

Getting error when trying to access Log Analysis in Aria Operations:

Could not get Ops Logs token
Something went wrong, try again later.

 

Environment

Aria Operations 8.x

Aria Operations for Logs 8.X

Cause

Expired certificate in Operations for the Operations for Logs adapter.

Resolution

First, delete the expired certificate in the Operations UI in Control Panel > Trusted Certificates.

Next, edit the Administration > Integrations > VMware Aria Operations for Logs Adapter and select VALIDATE CONNECTION. You will then be presented with a new certificate. Accept the certificate and SAVE the connection.
