Issue with DB2 database connectivity during PII Scan

Issue/Introduction

Getting the error "PII Scan of table XXXXX failed: Exception raised: : Failed to obtain JDBC Connection"  when starting the PII scan for DB2 database.

Environment

TDM Portal 4.11

Cause

Identified as product defect.

Resolution

Patch to be downloaded from below location:
