Issue/Introduction

• VCF Automation gets stuck in stage 8 with below message.

   

  Error Code: LCMVCFA00014
  LCMVCFA00014
  Could not get VCF Automation token for host: <VCFA_hostname> username: <username>. No route to host (Host unreachable)

Environment

VCF Automation 9.0

Cause

VCF Automation hostname is added but configured through IP as VIP

Resolution

• Validate communication is not interrupted between VCFA, Fleet Management and VCF installer.
• Once it is validated, redeploy the VCF Automation Appliance.
