Issue/Introduction

Users are unable to access the Aria Orchestrator UI and encounter this error during login:
“Loading... The Orchestrator server is not reachable. The client will start once the server becomes available.”

This issue occurs after a recent update of the vCenter certificate used for authentication.

Environment

Aria Orchestrator integrated with vCenter for authentication.

Cause

Updated or renewed vCenter certificates caused secure communication failures between Aria Orchestrator and vCenter, breaking service startup due to expired or untrusted certificates.

Resolution

  1. Run vracli vro authentication wizard on the orchestrator node(s) to reset up authentication providers using current certificates.

  2. Execute /opt/scripts/deploy.sh to restart necessary services applying new configurations.

Once completed successfully, users can access the Aria Orchestrator UI without errors.
