Issue/Introduction

The goal is to send an email to a group at a short time when an alarm matches one filter then send another to a different group if the alarm has not cleared by a certain time.

However, when there are two filters that are matched in the SANM policy the email is received for both filters at the shorter Age TIme.

To achieve this you need to create different Notifier apps with different policies.
