Issue/Introduction

How to stop diego cell logs from being forwarded by a syslog forwarder.

Environment

TAS 

Resolution

1. Go to the Tanzu Operations Manager Installation Dashboard.

2. Click the Tanzu Platform for Cloud Foundry tile.

3. Select System Logging.

4. In the Custom rsyslog configuration field, enter a custom syslog rule. See the following custom syslog rules example.

   if ($.instance == "diego_cell") then stop

5. Save
6. Apply Change on TAS tile.
