How to set the email recipient for "Error Running Connector" event

Issue/Introduction

There is no system property to set the email recipient for "Error Running Connector" email event.

Environment

Identity Governance 14.5

Resolution

The email will be sent to the connector owner by default when the import/export fails. To sent an owner for a connector - Click the Owner link next to the new connector and set a user as the owner of the connector. Refer to point 9 in Define an Import Connector:
9. (Optional) Click the Owner link next to the new connector and set a user as the owner of the connector. This user is notified by email if the connector fails during an import or export job.
