SEP clients are upgraded to 14.3 RU10. After the upgrade, you notice under Help -> Troubleshooting that 'Location Awareness' has changed to Disabled.
An issue was identified in RU10, this is currently still under review.
Downgrade to 14.3 RU9 as the issue does not exist there, or use the workaround listed below:
1. Open the SEP UI
2. Export the profile using Troubleshooting-> Export (PolicyProfile)
3. Save it to the drive, for example c:\temp\Policy.xml
4. Make the below changes to the Policy.xml -
Original-<EnableAutoLocationSwitching LocationCheckFrequency="10">1</EnableAutoLocationSwitching><LocationChangeNotification Enable="1" NotificationMessage="The location has changed from [OLD_LOCATION] to [NEW_LOCATION]"/>
Changed-<EnableAutoLocationSwitching LocationCheckFrequency="9">1</EnableAutoLocationSwitching><LocationChangeNotification Enable="1" NotificationMessage="The location has changed from [OLD_LOCATION] to [NEW_LOCATION]"/>
Note: The number above is an example. It may be different in your environment; the important change is to reduce the number by 1.
5. Import the updated Policy.xml back into the client using Troubleshooting-> Import (PolicyProfile)
6. Notice whether the Location: Disabled now changed to Enabled
