Issue/Introduction

• Slow Windows Login After Reboot of Windows Machine
• After login Windows will sit at a black screen for a minute

Environment

• Windows OS: All Supported Versions
• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: 4.0.x

Cause

In some cases it's been seen on reboot where the sensors background scan will run using additional IO

Resolution

This is being tracked in CRE-20706 and will be fixed in the 4.1 sensor once released
