Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create a Project in the Modern UX. Populate the 'Location' and 'Department' fields
2. Navigate to the 'Financials' tab within the Project. Create a Cost Plan
3. Create a row within the Cost Plan
4. Open 'View Options'. Set the number of decimals to 2 for number and money fields
5. Enter data into the row created in step 3: 123.45678
6. Export to CSV

Expected Results:

• Expect the CSV file to contain 123.45

Actual Results:

• CSV file contains 123.45678
