UIM OC device deletion not completing

Issue/Introduction

Issues are observed trying to delete devices in OC.  The device deletion starts, but never finishes, or shows a failure:

Environment

DX UIM 23.4 CU3 and CU4

Cause

Defect in the device deletion.

Resolution

Patches have been released for CU3 and CU4.  These are attached to this article.

After the patch is deployed, the existing failed jobs can be retried and they will successfully be completed.
