"You don't have access to any tenant page" message when trying to access Aria Operations plugin in VMware Cloud Director tenant UI

Issue/Introduction

• After configuring a VMware Cloud Director instance under integrations in Aira Operations and Register VMware Aria Operations in a VMware Cloud Director Instance as per documentation. 
• When trying to access the Aria Operations plugin in VMware Cloud Director tenant UI we get a message "You don't have access to any tenant page"
  

Environment

• VMware Aria Operations 8.16.x and above
• VMware Cloud Director 10.x

Cause

• The VCD tenants do not have the required access to any chargeback pages in Aria Operations.

Resolution

• Provide required access to VCD tenants for chargeback page in Aria Operations.
  
  
• For Aria Operations 8.18.x go to Administration-> Control Panel-> Chargeback -> Manage Pages and give the required access to tenants
  
  
  
  
• For Aria Operations 8.16.x and 8.17.x go to Administration-> Chargeback -> Manage Pages and give the required access to tenants
  
  
  
  
• Once the required permissions are given, login to the VCD tenant UI again and the Aria Operations plugin will load.
