Spectrum Publisher is not Syncing Device Types unless it is restarted.

Issue/Introduction

We would like to know how Spectrum Data Publisher synchronizes inventory with DX O2, is there any frequency?

Resolution

From design perspective restart is not needed as in place we have 2 types of sync - one is incremental sync, which happens 30 minutes and full sync executed for every 2 hours.
