CDM profiles were created using IM or Admin Console are not generating expected alarms even though the cdm.log shows that QOS is being collected
Observed that Dr Nimbus did show QOS being collected
CDM profiles were originally deployed via MCS and configuration was changed to IM or Admin Console at some point.
In some cases the ...Nimsoft/plugins/plugin_metric/plugin_metric.cfg is not reset properly.
1. Login on to the suspect robot, backup and delete the existing plugin_metric.cfg file (path: ..\Nimsoft\plugins\plugin_metric)
2. Execute the "_nis_cache_clean" callback
3. Deploy the robot_update package with the current or newer version
4. Confirm that the default plugin_metric.cfg is recreated
