Issue/Introduction

Two distinct VCenter hosts are being monitored by the same report. However, only one report is functioning correctly, while the other report executes successfully but displays an empty page.

All other reports are executing without any issues.

There is no user privileges issue, as the ADMIN user was utilized to run the reports.

 

 

 

Environment

VMware Aria Operations for Logs 8.18.x

Cause

The specific report is encountering resource contention due to its PDF format which can take up a lot of resources. 

Resolution

Clone the blank report, unchecked the PDF format leaving the CSV format checked.
