Issue/Introduction

This document describes the steps to resolve user issue who is unable to view the Email Security Cloud services settings.

Environment

Email Security.cloud

Resolution

To resolve this issue, user needs to have View Configuration permission to view the current configurations settings for the selected services, but can not make any changes.

  • Navigate to Dashboard > Administration > User Management and then click on the User that is having the view issue.
  • Under User Roles tab check if they have View Configuration permissions for All or custom services as shown below.

If not then please add the View Configuration permission using the steps mentioned in the KB article.
