Issue/Introduction
While trying to disassociate Workload cluster from harbor we get an error "user cannot dissociate VIM on which CNFs are instantiated. Please delete all the instances deployed on the VIM before".
The associated VMs are removed from the vSphere.
Environment
2.x
3.x
Cause
There will be some network functions still in instantiated state under the affected workload cluster.
Resolution
If we find any associated Network functions then we need to terminate the same and move on to disassociate the VIM from harbor.
In most case we will not be able to have the CNFs terminated properly, as the relevant elements are missing and problems with the accessibility.
