Nodepool customization stuck at processing and fails with error unable to pull image

Issue/Introduction

[NodepolicyCrStatusFailError] node xx-hjx52 err: vmconfig status is Normal, nodeconfig status is Failed.nodeconfig failed: [{Plugin kernelMods is in Failed stage, reason: failed to pull image harbor/registry/dpdk:linux-6.1.75-1.ph5, err is timeout after 10s, process killed, lastError: timeout after 10s: context deadline exceeded}
{Plugin dpdkBind is in Waiting stage, reason: waiting for status of plugin kernelMods become Normal, lastError: }{Plugin sriovdp is in Waiting stage, reason: waiting for dpdk binding finished, lastError: }].

Error adding customization errors: NodePolicyMachineStatus not found for mgmt cluster: mgmt-cluster, cluster: cluster1, nodepool: np02

Environment

Telco Cloud Automation 3.2

Cause

 It was found that the node 'xx-hjx52' was not connected to the network, due to which image pull has failed during nodepool customization 

Resolution

Rebooted the problematic worker node 'xx-hjx52', validated accessibility to Harbor repository from the node

Perform the Nodepool customization and instantiate Telco Network Function
