Issue/Introduction

In the process of copying the below files to the below mentioned location, files will be deleted.

main.cvd, daily.cvd, and bytecode.cvd.

/var/vcap/data/antivirus-mirror/unvalidated

Environment

Anti-Virus for VMware Tanzu

Cause

After moving a file to an unvalidated location, the files will automatically be copied to the validated persistent data, and the existing files will be deleted from the unvalidated location

/var/vcap/store/antivirus-mirror/validated/

 

Resolution

This is expected behaviour.
