alarm_enrichment probe fails/not starting after upgrade to 23.4.5 (CU5)

Issue/Introduction

You have upgraded your DX UIM installation to 23.4.5 (23.4 CU5) and now the alarm_enrichment probe will not start.

Symptoms:

• alarm_enrichment probe crashing/stopped/turned red/will not start
• you have some enrichment rules configured to connect to one or more databases
• In the alarm_enrichment.log (or _alarm_enrichment.log) located at \probes\service\nas\alarm_enrichment\ the following error is seen:

[main, alarm_enrichment] java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/bind/DatatypeConverter
at com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerConnection.sendLogon(SQLServerConnection.java:4061)

DX UIM 23.4.5 with active alarm_enrichment rules enabled

Apply the nas 23.4.5.1 from CU5 page : https://support.broadcom.com/web/ecx/solutiondetails?aparNo=99112509&os=MULTI-PLATFORM

Anyway we have attached to this document.

This will allow the alarm_enrichment probe to start.
