NSX Native Load Balancer Pool Members are down with TCP handshake timeout

Issue/Introduction

• All pool members and server pool are down for load balancing configuration
• Verified that it is not a Distributed Firewall issue matching NSX T Native Load Balancer: Virtual Server Status Detected as 'Down'
• Pool members are on VLAN backed segments

Cause

Incomplete setup on gateway required for VLAN backed segments

Resolution

• Create a new service interface on the T1 assigned to the load balancer
• Create a static route pointing towards the external GW of the VLAN that the virtual server and pool members are attached to
