RECEIVE ORDER with CONTENT(RECOMMENDED) missing PTFs

Issue/Introduction

Received LU17689 PTF (GA 8/15/2025) but didn't include PTFs LU16318, LU16568, and LU17497 which all went GA on 8/11/2025. Their GAs are less than LU17689 GA but they were ignored/missed.

Cause

The option RECOMMENDED doesn't include all PTFs:

RECOMMENDED
Include all available Broadcom recommended PTFs that are applicable to the SMP/E environment in the resulting PTF package. A recommended PTF is identified with a SOURCEID of CARSyymm, HIPER, or PRP. The resulting PTF package includes PTFs, HIPERs, and PRPs through and including the most current CARS level.

Resolution

Use ALL instead of RECOMMENDED to ensure you have all available PTFs in the package after the CARSyymm level.
