Can't open Oneclick after upgarding

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading from 23.3.5 to 24.3.12 we cannot open OneClick and we see the following error: "java.lang.IllegalStateException: could not find any suitable runtime"

 

 

 

Environment

Upgrade from  23.3.5 to 24.3.12 

Cause

Incorrect java.  As of 23.3.8 we use java17

Resolution

Install java17 from the OneClick admin page and then make the following updates in OpenWebStart settings
