Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

  1. Create automation to sync Remedy Incident or work orders to Jira
  2. Map attachments and comments field. 

 

Actual Results: 
Attachments and comments won't sync. No visible errors in the logs

 

Expected Results: 
Attachment should sync fine along with comment or log and error.
