Issue/Introduction
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create automation to sync Remedy Incident or work orders to Jira
- Map attachments and comments field.
Actual Results:
Attachments and comments won't sync. No visible errors in the logs
Expected Results:
Attachment should sync fine along with comment or log and error.
Resolution
Fixed in 3.10 and ported back to patch 3.9.1
