ConnectAll - Jira Description formatted with Bullets doesn't synch properly with Rally

Issue/Introduction

Jira Description formatted with Bullets isn't synching properly with Rally.  It seems like the sub-bullets are not converting. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Setup:  Jira On premise 9.9, ConnectAll 3.8.0-30, Rally SaaS.  The field setup in ConnectAll for the Desc field is Jira = Wiki 

2. Add the information (just below) to Jira Description field for a User Story and sync to Rally

This is the text in the Jira description:

• Enhance things
• Application data access  
  • • Use the test
    • use the test 2
    • use the test 3
• test 4

another test:

1. Update test
2. Reassign test
3. Mark test
   1. All tests.
      • from previous tests
      • already tested

   2. No action required, testing

 

This is how it looks in Rally

• Enhance things
• Application data access 
  *** Use the test
  *** use the test 2
  *** use the test 3
• test 4

another test:

1. Update test
2. Reassign test
3. Mark test
   ## All tests
   *** from previous tests
   *** already tested
   ## No action required, testing

 

Expected Results: 

• The bullets will be in the same format as what is seen in Jira

Actual Results:

• There are a lot of # and * instead of bullets.
