Unable to add drag and drop fields in Blueprint via Edge and Google Chrome

Issue/Introduction

End users is unable to add attributes to Blueprint when they attempt to drag and drop from 'Fields' or 'Modules' within the Blueprint. The fields that are dragged do not remain in the location they are dragged to.

Environment

Clarity 16.3.0

Cause

This behaviour is caused by 'isiwebhook crowdstrike' extension enabled in the browsers

Resolution

Disable 'isiwebhook crowdstrike' extension in the browser.

Alternatively user can use browser in incognito mode
